Guideline for Publisher

  • Publisher registration & work with work pro is of confidential nature and is covered by MOU between company and user/Publisher. All the advertises given in ad work are of sensitive nature so must be handled with care & with responsibility as any misuse/tempering/duplicacy/piracy of content of ad may lead to damage to the advertiser which may lead to legal action by advertiser or by WorkPro India.
  • Maintaining of content privacy as desired by the advertiser or WorkPro is the sole responsibility of the Publisher at all time during the ad campaign. Violating the company/advertiser privacy policy will lead to termination of publisher account without any refund whatsoever apart from legal consequences.
  • WorkPro suggest to read individual website’s user & spam prevention policy once before start posting ads on the website.
  • Publisher has to comply with the website’s ad posting policy where he is posting the ad. Different free classified advertising website like Quikr, Olx or Sulekha has strict spam preventing policies so all the advertisements posted on these or any other websites must be as per their guidelines only. Any violation reported by the ad website or by WorkPro will attract Penalty of Rs. 200 from the publisher account apart from legal action if any initiated by concerned website. Repeated violation may lead to termination of WorkPro publisher account.
  • Repeated advertisement within 10 days published on the same website will not be accepted for payout.
  • Any advertisement removed by the website due to not following the website policies or due to any reason will not be counted for payout.
  • Only valid, Live and active ads will be counted for Payouts.
  • If any publisher refer any other person for WorkPro publisher account then he is responsible for training and motivation of the referred person apart from training by the company’s video/text tutorial.
  • Publisher’s work panel will always remind you about these important guidelines in the notice section, So its the responsibility of the publisher to keep a track at notice section inside your work panel before starting your daily work.
  • Any problem faced during the work will be resolved over the Chat help, by email or on call by the Publisher’s franchisee though Calls related to publisher support should be avoided. Toll free is for Enquiry and sales only, not for WorkPro support.
  • Any issue related with the Publisher work and their accounts with the WorkPro which is not described in the policies here should be reported to admin@workproindia.com and will be resolved by the company management at best possible human approach and decision of the company management will be final in all respect and should be acceptable by all.
